New York Executive Coaching Group, LLC specializes in helping presidents, CEO’s and other professionals achieve breakthrough results in their professional and personal lives. Founder and president Phil Hotsenpiller holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree with additional post-graduate studies at Oxford University. Phil is the co-author of an eight-part business series entitled, Passionate Lives and Leaders, and a founding partner of 12 Gates Productions, LLC, an entertainment company based in Orange County.
